    1. Daily Routine

  • Focus: Discussing typical daily activities, schedules, and responsibilities.
  • Examples: Talking about a school day, weekend routine, work schedule, or how they manage time.

    2. Leisure Activities and Hobbies

    • Focus: Exploring personal interests, pastimes, and recreational activities.

Hello everyone! In my English ab initio course, we’ve been exploring the topic of Identities , which has been an eye-opening experience. We’re learning how language shapes the way we express who we are, from our personal values and cultural backgrounds to our interests and relationships. It’s been fascinating to see how our unique identities influence the words we choose and the way we communicate, even across different cultures. This topic has encouraged me to think more deeply about my own identity and how I connect with others, especially as I learn to express myself in English. Learning about identities has also involved discussing stereotypes and assumptions that people often make based on appearance, language, or nationality.
